Here you will find a list of all the bars & restaurants on the main Cabarete beach and (usefully) their 'happy hours'. I will be starting with Pomodoro's Pizza and working east in order. This decision is totally arbetory, based on the fact that Pomodoro's is on the corner of the alley way that I tend to use when I walk to the beach. There are some other places if you turn west at that point and in time I will add them too.

Despite enjoying photography, I am very self conscious when taking photos with people are in them, doubly so when people are trying to have a meal. So the images are often poor quality in my opinion, especially the ones taken in the middle of the afternoon, when the light was very bright, but that's when the bars are least busy, so they aren't too intrusive. They will give you an idea of the place you are looking for!

If people who I know want to submit a report I will consider posting it but I won't have reviews from anyone I don't know personally, simply because I don't want people who have a vested interest submiting a biased vew.

Where there is a specific 'report' it's how I found things to be on the day that I specifically went there with writing a report in mind. On some occasions I know that they can do better and I hope that I reflect this but still focus on that specific occasion. For other reviews it is currently based upon previous memory and I make that clear.

I'd really welcome feedback from other people regarding these reports. In particular if you visit somewhere on the basis of what I have written, did you like it, was my report accurate etc. send an email to keith@cabarete.org

Remember as well that I am not resident in Cabarete. Happy Hours may change and the offers available may not be consistant. This was simply a 'snapshot' of the offers available on January 20th 2008. That said, most places the offers are consistant and are printed on the menu but if the offer was written on a blackboard who knows what it will be after the next rain?
